Cindy opened her own law office on January 1, 2022 as a founder of Wise Law. Prior to starting her practice, Cindy worked as a lawyer at a notable law firm in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She was mainly responsible for employment, family, and business law matters. Before this, she gained great legal experiences in the UK and China. In the UK, Cindy contributed her knowledges in the legal department as a legal counsel for many different matters, especially contract conflicts and employment law. When she was in China, she represented the China Construction Bank many times for loan disputes in all levels of court. She also acted as a legal counsel for many famous commercial real estate projects in China.
Throughout her extensive experience, Cindy has developed excellent presentation and negotiating skills with people with varied backgrounds. She is polite, confident, and well presented with good time management and is very target driven.
Cindy is passionate about her involvement with the local community in Calgary. Since January in 2020, Cindy serves as a volunteer regularly with the Legal Aid Program in Calgary Legal Guidance. She also provides multilingual services to Chinese Community.
In her spare time, Cindy loves cooking, playing badminton, reading, traveling, live music, jewelry making, and spending time with her family and friends.
